"CARTE D'OR"
BRUT
Drappier's Carte
d'Or Brut champagne has all the aroma of the Pinot Noir
grape variety, which in fact makes up 90% of the blend.
This is a black grape with white juice and is highly
prized not only for its structure but also
for the subtle notes of red fruits which characterize
it.
|
"CARTE BLANCHE"
BRUT
Fine, fresh and
fruity are the adjectives which best describe the Carte
Blanche cuvée as they do all Drappier champagne. This
blend comes exclusively from the first pressing, which
gives it its elegance and lightness and also its capacity
to mature well.

BLANC DE
BLANC
"Signature"
Elegant on the nose
and crisp on the palate, this Champagne is composed
of 100% Chardonnay from the first pressing only, which
links elegance and richness together.
Each bottle is signed "Drappier" in gold, the signature
of a great Champagne.
|
ROSE BRUT
"Val des Demoiselles"
The Val des Demoiselles
is a small plot planted with Pinot Noir. The traditional
"saignée" method of vinification is used to obtain an
intense bouquet and a subtle perfume of red fruits.
The rich colour is shown off by a clear glass bottle.

GRANDE SENDRÉE
"Cuvée de Prestige Brut Millésimé"
Grande Sendrée is
produced from a plot of vines planted over 70 years
ago. This "cuvée" is today a blend of highly fragrant
wines produced in very small quantities. Chardonnay,
of which there is 55%, confers finesse and elegance,
and Pinot Noir 45% gives body and fruit.
